Shipping policy

Here at WM Personalised Designs we work hard to ensure you get your goods delivered as soon as possible.

DELIVERY 

All items are shipped via Royal Mail First Class as standard, this service is free of charge for orders over £50 and costs £2.99 for orders below this value.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our standard shipping option is Royal Mail First Class, your order should arrive with you one to three days after despatch.

Do you have an express delivery option available?

Yes, you can choose express delivery at checkout, this is available on all items. Express delivery is £7.99, if you select this service your order will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day) if ordered before 12 noon Monday to Thursday. 

If an order if placed on a Friday it will be sent the following Monday. 

How will I know my order has been despatched?

Once our in-house artisans have crafted your item and despatched it, you will receive an email to inform you. Our items are despatched within three days.
